  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 4/15/1976 Florence R. Lindhurst, 83, of North Tonawanda, NY., Tuesday (April 13, 1976). Born in Lockport, N.Y., she resided in North Tonawanda the past 65 years. Mrs. Lindhurst was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, the Lutheran Church Women, the Ladies Auxiliary to Columbia Hook & Ladder C o . , the Women's Auxiliary to DeGrafl' Memorial Hospital and the North Tonawanda Senior Citizens. Wife of the late Benjamin Lindhurst, she is survived by one son, Kenneth G. Lindhurst of North Tonawanda; two daughters, Mrs. Louis (Geraldine) Richert of Marrietta, Ohio and Mrs. A l b e r t ( J e a n e t t e ) Krueger Jr., of North Tonawanda; six sisters, Mrs. Loretta Dietrich, Mrs. Sarah Elliot, Mrs. T h e o d o r e (Marion) Goldpenny, Mrs. Jasper (Regina) Taylor, Miss Thelma Strassel and Mrs. Doris Schwartz, all of the T o n a w a n d a s ; one brother, Alvin Strassel of North Tonawanda and t h e late Raymond Strassel; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Wattengel Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda. Services will be conducted Friday at 10:30 a.m., at Grace Lutheran Church, the R e v , E. W e r n er Weinreich officiating. Burial will be at White Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
