  Violet R. Armol (Hoefert) age 88, of North Tonawanda, March 26, 2016, after a brief illness. Violet was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and a member of S.A.R.B. She was the wife of the late Stanley Armol Sr. Beloved mother of Sandra (John) Patton, Stanley (Kathleen) Armol Jr. and the late Leona Scozzafava. Mother-in-law of Gary Scozzafava; grandmother of Michele, Gary, Jason, Cheryl, Andrew, Rob, Sara and the late Michael. Great-grandmother of 17 great-grandchildren. Sister of Helena Reischel and was predeceased by a brother and 3 sisters; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:30 A.M., the Rev. Steven Naylor will officiate, interment in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery.
