NORTH TONAWANDA - Norman E. Koepsell, 43, of 16 15th Ave., died unexpectedly Monday (Feb. 26, 1968) at his home after suffering a heart attack. Firemen were called to the house and administered oxygen. He was pronounced dead by Coroner Oscar Bell. He was a lifelong resident here and was employed at the city water pumping station. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife, the former Lillian Hoefert; two sons, Norman Koepsell Jr. and James Koepsell, and three daughters, Kathleen, Nancy and Deborah Koepsell, all at home; two brothers, Charles Koepsell Jr., Sanborn and Chester Koepsell, this, city; seven sisters, Mrs. Norman Parks, Niagara Falls, Mrs. George Westcot, Rochester, Mrs. Harold Brumley, Mrs. Rudolph Arbiter, Mrs. Vernon Gabel, Mrs. Matthew Sarzyniak and Mrs. Carl Lebrenz, all of. the Tonawandas. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. A. W. Moldenhauer officiating. Burial will be in St.. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery
