Born December 21, 1923, in North Tonawanda, daughter of the late Charles and Lena Koepsell. Wife of the late Rudolph Arbeiter, who passed away in 1983; mother of Patricia (Ronald) Lake, Robert (Donna) Arbeiter and the late Linda (William) Plau; sister of Audrey (late Matt) Sarsyniak; grandmother of Lisa, Barbara, Tom, Mark, Jennifer and James; also survived by five great-grandchildren.
