  The Tonawanda News, Jan 20, 1930 MRS. CHRISTINA GENET Mrs. Christina Genet, 75 years old,, died this morning at her home, 293 Stenzil street. M,rs.Genet was born in Germany. She had resided in North Tonawanda for the past 49 years. She was a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran church on Washington street. Surviving are a husband, Albert; four daughters, Mrs. William Brauer, Mrs. John Strassburg, Mrs. Joseph Doyle and Miss Emma Genet, North Tonawanda;, five sons, Herman. Lockport, August and William, Gasport. and Charles and Otto, North Tonawanda; 38 grandchildren and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence and half an hour later from the St. Mark's church, Rev. Paul Fretthold officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mark's cemetery.
