William J. Sy, 67, Dies;
Wolcottsville Farmer
MIDDLEPORT. June 1.William
J. Sy, 6 7 , of Wolcottsville,
died today in the Lockport City
ospital, where he had been a
patient for three weeks.
He is survived by his w i f e , Ella
Korkow Sy; t w o sons, Raymond
K. Sy and Walter Sy. both of
Wolcottsville; two grandchildren;
a brother, Frank Sy. Newfane. and
a sister, Mrs. Pauline Witkop,
Wolcottsville.
Friends may call from 7 to 10
o'clock tonight nad Wednesday
from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 t o 1 0 p.m.
at the Wallace and Heath Funeral
Home.
Services will be held Thursday
at 2:30 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran
Church, Wolcottsville, with the
Rev. Herman Ewald officiating.
Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran
Cemetery, Wolcottsville.
Mr. Sy was born May 27, 1887,
in Wolcottsville. He was the son
of Danield C. and Minnie Menke
Sy. He was a member of Trinity
Lutheran Church. He was a carpenter
all his life.
