Miss Dorothy Kroening, whose
wedding is to take place on Saturday
was honor guest on Friday evening
at a shower given by Mrs. Roy
Daubney, of Cleveland avenue, in
her home. The bride-elect was
presented with a number of pieces
of Rose Point crystal glassware.
Games were played during the even-
ing and, at its conclusion, a de-
lightful lunch was served by the
hostess.
Present in addition to Miss Kroenlng
were Miss Dorothy Forbes, Miss
Mildred Niedermayer, Miss Jean
McMurry, Miss Evelyn Campbell,
Mrs. Walter Kroening mother of the
bride-elect, Mrs. Jack Thomas,, Mrs.
William Boles,, Mrs. William Budge,
Mrs. Christopher Budge,, Mr.
Thomas Boyd and Mrs. Charles
Gibs.

W. Kroening of Fourth Street,
Niagara Falls, and Leonard J.
Brady of Ontario Avenue, son of
the late Mr. and Mrs. James J.
Brady, whose marriage will take
place Saturday evening, November
2d, have chosen their wedding attendants.
Mrs. William A. Boles will be
her sister's matron of honor, Miss
Erma Julias and Mrs. Ray Daubney,
bridesmaids; Miss Marjory
Lou Miller of North Tonawanda,
cousin of the bride, flower girl;
William A. Boles, best man, and
Charles Gibb and Charles Carr,
ushers. The ceremony will take
place at Evangelical Trinity Lutheran
Church and will be read by
the Rev. Maurice C. Kretzmann.
On Thursday night the brideelect
was honor guest at a variety
shower at which Mrs. George Milles
was hostess at her North Tonawanda
home; Friday night the
Misses Evelyn Evans and Erman
Julias feted her at a personal
shower; on Tuesday evening Mrs.
Clyde Shea will entertain for her
at her Willow Avenue home, and
on Friday Mrs. Daubney will give
a crystal shower at her Cleveland
Avenue home.
