after a long illness.
A native of Dagus Mines. Pa..
Mr. Benton came to this city
21 years ago. He had been employed
for 20 Years by the
Carborundum Co. until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife.
Elizabeth C. Micale Benton;
three sons, Fredrick J. Ben
ton. Allen Benton and Daniel
Benton, all of this city: three
daughters. Mrs. Alvin (Genevieve)
Zermmerman of Hamilton
Square. N.J.: and Mrs. Vincent
(Concetta) Barone and
Mrs. Edward (Margaret) Fiorentini,
both of this city: seven
sisters. Miss Bertha Benton
Mrs. Grace Hood and Mrs. Lyle
(Margaret) Keen all of Erie.
