- Frances M. Rosati, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Abatte) Floramo.
Frances graduated from Niagara Falls High School and received her certification in nursing from Trott Vocational. For many years, she was employed at the Como Restaurant as a hostess, and also worked as a licensed practical nurse at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Frances was a devout Catholic and former parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She was an excellent cook and baker, and also loved quilting, as well as crocheting. Above all, Frances valued the time spent with her family.
Frances is survived by her children, William (Dr. Dianna Bruno) Rosati Jr., Patrice Rosati, Maria (James) Faso and Joseph Rosati; her cherished granddaughter, Gianna Francesca Rosati; her daughter in law, Valerie Rosati, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her former husband William Rosati Sr. and her brother Anthony Floramo.
Frances’ Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, October 4 at 10:30 AM in Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA. Arrangements by M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel.
