LOCKPORT—Frank McChesney, 69, of 7 Ontario
St., died at Lockport Memorial Hospital, Sunday (July
2, 1967) after a long illness.
Born in Ridgeway, Pa., Jan.
21, 1898, the son of Robert and
Edna Gardner McChesney. he
had boon a resident of this
city since 1925.
He retired six years ago
after being employed for over
30 years as maaintenance man
for the F. M. Romick Realty
Co. ,
A member of the Free Methodist
Church, he had served as
superintendent of the church
and was also a Sunday school
teacher there.
He is survived by his widow,
Mabel Terwilliger McChesney
and three brothers, Roy McChesney
of Ely, Nov., Robert
McChesney of Batavia and
George McChesney of Phoenix,
Ariz.
Also surviving are two sisters,
Mrs. Irwin Bates and Mrs
Arthur Bolland. both of Akron
N.Y. and several nieces audi
nephews.
Friends may call today from
7 to 9 p.m. and 10 to 4 p.m. and
7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
Prudden and Kandt Funeral
Home where services will be
conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m.
Burial will be in Cold Springs
cemetery.
