Notes - TONAWANDA Janice H. (nee Ziehm) Sattelberg, age 84, of Tonawanda, May 22, 2010 in Hospice Buffalo, after a lengthy illness. Janice had worked as a Dietary Supervisor for several area nursing homes and for the Health Association of Niagara County. She was a graduate of Erie Community College, a volunteer for the Red Cross and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Janice enjoyed doing crafts. She was the wife of the late Franklin Sattelberg; beloved mother of Gary (Edwina) Sattelberg of Melbourne, FL, Dennis Sattelberg of Arizona, Linda (Edward) Lewis of Tonawanda, Lisa Nugent of Melbourne, FL and Sheila Hall of Buffalo; grandmother of ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the last of 11 brothers and sisters. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10 AM. The Rev. Gregory Schultz will officiate. Interment in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery.
