  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 4/15/1933 BURT. April 15-The funeral of Fred J. Savage was held at his home In shut Thursday afternoon at 2.30. Rev. Harburn of the Methodist Episcopal church of Newfane officiated. Burial was in Cold Springs cemetery. Mr. Savage bad been a resident of Burt many years and had been In failing health for some time. He was a member of I. O. O. F. lodge of Newfane. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and daughter and five sisters. Bearers were Charles Lawton, Ira Dickerson, E. J. Lapham, Daniel Lents, John Graham and Warren Tumbler.
