LYNDONVILLE - Burial
ices tor Mrs. Nellie Lott Breed
were held in Lynhaven Cemetery
Monday by the Rev. Cheater Bee-
be, pastor of the Lyndonville
Methodist Church. Mrs. Breed
died Friday morning. Nov. 4 in
Niagara Falls at the age of S3
years.
Born in die Town of Yates on
Murdoch Road Oct 13, 1867, she
was the daughter of Alvin and
Jane Johnson Lott On Dec. 21,
1892 she was married to Burr T.
Breed who died Dec. 25. 1951.
The family lived in Lyndonville
until 1912, then moved to Skaneateles
where they resided until 1918.
At that time they moved to Niagara
Falls.
Mrs. Breed was a member of the
Lyndonville Methodist Church
while living here and was active
in every department including the
choir, Sunday School and women's
organizations.' Her membership
was transferred to St. James
Methodist Church in Niagara
Falls. *
Mrs. Breed was a charter member
of the Literary and Historical
Club here and helped the other
members work for the installation
of electric lights in this village.
Surviving are one son,- Neil
Breed of Niagara Falls, and two
grandsons, William and Michael,
both serving in the United States
Navy. Also two sisters, Mrs. Mabel
Corbett and Mrs. Nina Bayne
of Brockport and several nieces
and nephews here and away.
