TREICHLER - Wilbur E. Sr., of Sanborn, N.Y., July 3, 1982; husband of Helen; father of Mrs. Marilyn Truesdell of Sanborn, Wilbur E. Treichler Jr. of Sanborn, Mrs. George (Sandra) Armitage of Niagara Fails; brother of G. Mark and C. Lloyd Treichler, both of Sanborn, Harold E. Treichler of Va .. Mrs. Leora Campbell of Newfane; also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME INC., 5893 Hoover Rd., Sanborn, Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Kenneth E. Traxler officiating. Interment Mt. View Cemetery. Family will be present from 7-9 p.m. Sunday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.

Wilbur E. Treichler
SANBORN - Wilbur E. Treichler Sr. 77, of 2863 Saunders Settlement Road, died Saturday (July 3, 1982) at Memorial Medical Center, Niagara Falls, after a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of this area where he had owned and operated the W. E. Treichler & Son Florist since 1945. He was a member of the Sanborn United Methodist Church and served on several church committees. He was a charter member and past president of the Sanborn Lions Club, and was a member of the New York State Flower Growers Association, the Niagara County Cooperative Extension and the Niagara Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. He is survived by his wife, Helen; son, Wilbur E. Jr. of this town; daughters, Mrs. Marilin Truesdell of this town and Mrs. George (Sandra) Armitage of Niagara Falls; brothers, G. Mark and C. Lloyd, both of this town, and Harold E. of Virginia; sister, Mrs. Leora Campbell of Newfane; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Sanborn, with, the Rev. Kenneth E. Traxler officiating. Burial will be at Mount View Cemetery.
