  May 17, 2013 Raymond A. Mislin The Tonawanda News NORTH TONAWANDA — Raymond A. Mislin, age 79, of North Tonawanda, May 16, 2013 in Niagara Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer. Raymond worked as a meat cutter for over 50 years at various grocery stores. He was an avid hockey fan, a Cleveland Browns fan, and enjoyed visiting the casino. Beloved husband of Beverly (nee Marohn) Mislin. Dear father of Debra (James) Bors of Sanborn and Mark (Sue Bek) Mislin of North Tonawanda. Brother of Jerry (late William) Ramsay, Claudia Miller, Kathy (Louie) Marrone and the late Deloris Mislin and Sandra Valenti. Brother-in-law of Anthony Valenti. Uncle of many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by his feline friend, Garcia. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 8 PM. The Rev. Jeremy Lopez will officiate. Flowers gratefully declined.
