  Niagara Gazette - 1/21/1967 TONAWANDA - Funeral services for John F. Mahl, 74, of 213 Williams St., will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery. Mr. Mahl died Thursday (Jan. 19, 1967) in the North Town Nursing Home after a short illness. Born in Wheatfield, he lived in this city for the last 60 years. He was formerly employed by the DeVoe-Reynolds Paint Co. for 42 years, retiring seven years ago. He was a. past president of the Immanuel L u t h e r an Church and a member of the Luther Laymen's League and a past president of the Delaware Hose Co. His wife, the former Hilda Trosin, died in 1963. Survivors include his son, John F. Mahl, Williamsville, and three grandchildren. Friends may call from 2- 4 and 7-9 p.m. today and until noon on Sunday at the funeral home.
