A BOUQUET of white and blue carnations was placed
before the altar of the Virgin Mary at Sacred Heart Church,
Saturday (August 30, 1958) by Miss Lucy Conte before her
marriage to Gordon Victor Tubbe.
The Rev. Francis Gardner performed the double-ring
ceremony before an altar decorated with red roses.
THE BRIDE, who is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander
Conte, Locbport St., was
escorted by her father to the
altar to become the bride of
Gordon Tubbe, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Victor Tubbe, Krull Pkwy.
A gown of French imported
hand clipped lace with scoop
neckline scattered in sequins
and pearls with long lace sleeves
pointed over the hand, was the
choice of the bride. The fitted
bodice fell to a cascade arrangement
at the back of the Princess-
line skirt, with an all lace
cathedral-length train over »
silk silver-mist satin underskirt.
A queen's crown of pearls
and rhincstoncs set in silver,
held a double finger-Up length
veil of French imported silk
illusion with scalloped appliqued
lace edge. She carried a
bouquet of roses and lillies of
the valley surrounding a center
of a white orchid on a white
lace fan.

MISS GLORIA CONTE,
sister of the bride, was her maid
of honor. She wore a canary
yellow silk organza dress with
an empire bodice and a bouffant,
ballerina skirt with an
over skirt caught to one side.
She carried a bouquet of yellow
roses and aqua pompons on
top of a white lace fan.
Mbs Patricia DiNoto,, cousin
of the bride,, and Miss Delores
Surman, as bridesmaids were
attired similarly to the honor
attendant, in sea aqua with
matching headdress of sequins
and' rhi nest one hearts with circular
maline veils. They carried
bouquets of aqua roses and
yellow carnations on white lace .

DAVID HARR1GAN was
best man. Norman Tubbe,
cousin of the bridegroom, and
Anthony I.ongo, s e a t e d the
^guests. Ernest Booth, > ephew
of the bridegroom, was the ring»
bearer.
The mother of the bride received
her guests wearing a
cornflower blue alcncon lace
sheath dress and navy blue
accessories. She wore a corsage
of while orchids. The bridegroom's
mother chose a blue
lace sheath dress and wore a
corsage of pink roses and white
pompons.
The bride left for a honeymoon
to Atlantic City and
Cape Cod, attired in a navy
blue suit with white accessories
and a corsage of white orchids..
