Virginia C. (Clark) Browder, age 81, of Ransomville, NY formerly of Greenville, AL was called to her heavenly home to be with herLord on Monday, June 16, 2003 in the Schoellkopf Health Center, Niagara Falls after a long illness. Born in Greenville, AL on November 21, 1921 to Simeon and Clora (Lee) Clark. She was employed as a bus driver. for 25. years with Ransomville Bus Lines. A former member of the Pleasant Home Baptist Church in Brantley, AL. She enjoyed flower gardening, reading and crocheting. Survivors include six children, Harry (Donna) Browder of Lancaster, NY, Thersa (sic) (Russell) Colosi of Ransomville, NY, Barbara (Fra n k) Chirello of Lewiston NY, Darlene Robert) Cronkhite of Ransomville, NY, Sharon (Hartley) Kroening of Sanborn, NY, Betty Weidert of Lewiston, NY; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; a brother, James Clark of Leroy, NY and two nieces, Glenda Ott of North Tonawanda, NY and Diane Tallo of Leroy, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Clinton O. Browder in 1992 and two brothers, Olin and Ollie Clark. Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield on Wednesday rom 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with services following at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Mrs. Browder will be transported to Greenville, AL where friends may call at the Harrison Funeral Home on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Services will be conducted on Saturday (June 21) at11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Home Baptist Church, Brantley, AL. Interment will be in the Pleasant Home Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice,4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
