  Niagara Gazette - 10/21/1965 NEWFANE - Mrs. Maybell Kaegels, 61, wife of Lloyd Kagels, 6311 Hatter Road, died today (Oct. 21 1965) in Roswell Park Memorial Institute, Buffalo, after a lengthy illness. She had been hospitalized for the last nine days. In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, John F. Kagels, Newfane, and three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. William Sterner, Batavia, and Mrs. Maurice Upton, Wilson; a brother, Raymond Toenniessen, Orlando, Fla. Friends may call, starting Friday at the Rutland:Corwin Funeral Home, with the family being present from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Harry D. Hawthorne of First English Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery.
