  David C. Bailey, of Las Vegas, NV, age 63, loving husband of Albie (Nest), peacefully passed away February 10, 2017. Son of Leslie (Sr.) and Jeanette E. (Krieger) Bailey of Niagara Falls.  Survived by his wife; his mother; two brothers, Les (Carol) and Timothy (Ann Marie Nasca-Miller); two sons, Michael Nest of Las Vegas and Joseph Villani of Niagara Falls; and a daughter, Tammy Bailey of Las Vegas.  David worked at Carborundum and Fiberfrax until 1998 when he and his wife moved to Las Vegas, where he was initially employed by Mirage Resorts as a manager and, as of 2002, by the City of Las Vegas.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25th at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church, 8210 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. -
