NORTH TONAWANDA -
Oscar Vogt Sr., 79, of 165 Rumbold
Ave., a retired machinist
operator formerly employed by
the Auto Wheel Coaster Co..
died today (Sept. 30, 1970) at
DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of
this city and a member of
Payne Avenue C h r i s t i an
Church. Mr. Vogt was a World
War I Army veteran and a
member of Tonawandas Post
264, American Legion, D r .
Martin F. Nolan Chapter 50
DAV, 40 et 8 Club, Live Hose
Co. No. 4 and the North
Tonawanda Firemen Benevolent
Assoc.
He was the husband of the
late Anna Peters Vogt who died
in 1967.
He is survived by two sons,
Oscar Jr. and Richard Vogt;
two step-sons, Charles and Arnold
Tack and t w o stepdaughters,
Mrs. Ethel Brown,
of this city and Mrs. Floyd
Longstreet of East Aurora, 11
grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services w i l l be
conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday
at the Wattengel Funeral Home.
The Rev. Lyle V. Newman will
officiate. Burial will be in
Resthaven Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral
home.
