  Niagara Gazette - 10/31/1911 DORING -At his home on the River road, La Salle. MondAy. Oct. 30, 1911, August Doring, aged 76 years. Besides a wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Julius Wagner of La Salle; Mrs. Chas. Holtz of Buekhorn Island, five sons August, Jr.. of Sanborn. N. Y., Ernest and Otto, of La Salle. Frank of Evershed end Charles of Echota. Funeral will be held from his late residence on the River Road, La Salle, Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock. Burial in Oakwood cemetery.
