  Niagara Gazette - 5/29/1970 Katherine Walezak, 76, of 1424 Falls St.,, died Sunday (June 28, 1970) at Memorial Medical Center, following a brief illness.. Born in Poland, she came to Niagara Falls in 1912 She was a member of the Apostolic Prayer and Friendly Clubs, both at Holy Trinity Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Walter (Marie) Maslowski, of Lockport; Mrs. Helen Ensminger. of this city; a son, Felix Walezak. also of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Louis (Sophie) Grendisa, of Lockport; Mrs. Mary Rokosz, of Poland; a brother, Matthew Klos, of Poland; six grandchil- dren and six great grandchil- dren. Funeral services will be 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Chester G. Tubinis Funeral Home, at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lockport. A Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 8 p.m. Monday. Friends may call at the funeral Home Monday and Tuesday, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
