  Niagara Gazette - 5/17/1955 Thomas J. Walsh, 81, of 781 Monteagle St. died today (May 17, 1955) in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital after a short illness. Born in Merriton, Ont., he had lived in this city for the last 58 years. He was a bricklayer and worked on many construction jobs before he retired three years ago. He was a member of the Bricklayers Union. He was a member of St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus Church. He is survived by two sons, Thomas A. Walsh and James B. Walsh; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Klail; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren, all of this city. He also is survived by a brother, Matthew Walsh, Merriton. Funeral services will be held Friday at 8:15 a.m. at the Redanz Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Teresa's Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery
