William H. Malchow of 174
Franklin street, Tonawanda, died
in Meyer Memorial Hospital Sun-
day night after a long illness, He
was 68 years of age. He was born
in Tonawanda and was a life
long resident. He was active in
the lumber business and for 14
years was employed by the Grave
Membert and George Lumber
Company of Buffalo. For 10 years
be was superintendent of the plan
ning department there. He also
worked at the Dodds Ski Com
pany of North Tonawanda. He
survived by his wife, Anna, nee
Ullrich and two sons, Raymond
end Harold, six grandchildren
two brothers, Charles of the Town
of Pendleton and Emil of Los An-
geles, Cal. Mr. Malchow is a mem
bei.of the Salem Evangelical and
Reformed Church and was a mem
t e r of Modern Woodmen of Am-
erica. Funeral services will be
held Wednesday at the residence
at 2 p. m. and 2:30 p. m. at
Salem Church, Reverend W.F.
Hetzel officiating. Burial will be
in Elmlawn Cemetery.
