- Ann Rose Patronski, 78, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Lena (Mattuccilli) Drozdowski.
Ann was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and attended Bryant and Stratton College. On February 2, 1964, she married her beloved husband, Mitchell J. “Sonny” Patronski at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Mr. Patronski predeceased her on October 18, 2001.
Ann was employed by Nabisco Shredded Wheat for over 25 years prior to her retirement at the time of the plant’s closing. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved camping in the Southern Tier. She also enjoyed reading, winemaking, canning and tending to her garden, especially her roses. Above all, Ann devoted her life to her family and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.
Ann is survived by her children, Michael (Tara) Patronski and Sherri (Michael) Jaroszewski; her grandchildren, Brianna (fiancé David Spacone) Patronski, Michael Stephen Jaroszewski, Sierra Ann Jaroszewski and Jackson Mitchell Jaroszewski; her sister, Linda (Peter) Wcislo; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 6 from 3 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Ann’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM in St. Vincent De Paul Parish at St. Leo’s Church, 2748 Military Road Niagara Falls, NY.
