LOCKPORT - Mrs. Irene Glena Beyer, 72, of 6835
Akron Road, Town of Lockport died in Lockport Memorial
Hospital Wednesday (Dec. 20, 1967) after a long
illness.
A lifelong resident of the
Town of Lockport, she was
born there Nov. 19, 1895, the
daughter of Frederick and
Annie Hochadel Rankie.
Her first husband, Edward
Glena died Aug. 14, 1953, and
her second husband, Walter
Beyer, whom she married in
November of 1958, died Oct. 23,
1963.
Surviving . are a daughter,
Mrs. Howard (Shirley) Mclntyre
of this city; two sons,
Howard E. Glena and L. Laverne
Glena, both of this city;
and four step-children, Mrs.
Jacob (Pearl) Kolb of North
Tonawanda, Floyd Beyer of
Wilson and Charles and Rich-
ard Beyer, both of this city.
Also surviving are three sisters,-
Mrs. Floyd (Dorothy)
Rockwood, Mrs. Ellis (Florence)
Van Burean and Mrs.
Marcus (Marjorie) Shendel, all
of Lockkport; five brothers,
Norman, Chester, Otto, Howard
^tnd Richard Rankie all of Lockport,
six grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at their con-
venience at the Lange Funeral
Home where services will be
held Saturday at 11 a.m.
Burial will be. in Cold Springs
Cemetery.

step - children, Mrs. Jacob

da, Floyd Beyer of Wilson,
Charles and Richard Beyer,
both of Lockport; three sisters,
Mrs. Floyd (Dorothy) Rock-
wood, Mrs. Ellis (Florence) Van
Buren, Mrs. Marcus (Marjorie)
Schendel, all of Lockport; five
brothers, Norman Rankie, Ches-
ter Rankie, Otto Rankie, How0
ard Rankie and Richard Rank-
ie, all of Lockport; six grand-
children and several nieces and
nephews. Friends may call at
their convenience at the Lange
Funeral Home, 186 East Ave.,
where funeral services will be
held on Saturday, Dec. 23, 1967,
at 11 a.m. Interment in Cold
Spring Cemetery.
