LOCKPORT - Mrs. Fredericka A.
Wendler, 68, died yesterday after-
noon at her home in the Goodrich
road Clarence Center, N.Y. after
a long illness. Services will be
held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the h
home and at 2:30 at St. Paul's
Lutheran church at wolcottsburg.
Burial will be in St. Paul's ceme-
tery. Mrs. Wendler was born Oc-
tober 10, 1873 at Wolcottsburg,
daughter of Christian and Maria
Duerr Kanehl both natives of Ger-
many. Surviving are her husband,
John F. Wendler; two daughters,
Mrs. Lawrence Hartwig, of Clarence
Center, and Mrs. Edward Kink, of
Lockport; two brothers, William
Kanehl of Depew, and John Ka-
nehl, of the Town of Lockport.
