(nee Sommerfeldt) (Ludwig) Henrich, age 90, of the City of Tonawanda, Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Greenfield Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster. A native of Tonawanda, she was the wife of Stuart Ludwig, who died in 1970, and Warren Henrich, who died in 1975; and was the grandmother of the late William Ludwig and great-grandmother of the late Lucas Ludwig. A 1940 graduate of Tonawanda High School and a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Ladies Guild. Rhoda was secretary to the principal at Tonawanda Junior High School for 24 years, retiring in 1983. She is survived by two sons, David (Kathy) Ludwig of Cowlesville, NY and Wayne (Lynne) Ludwig of Ocala, FL; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two plus great-great-grand- children; her sister, Marilynn (Walter) Eising of East Amherst and was the sister of the late William (the late Marge) Sommerfeldt. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Friday from 4-8 PM at John O. Roth Funeral Home, Inc., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, cor. of William & Scott Sts., in Tonawanda. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
