LOCKPORT - Mrs. Lucy
Smith, 75, of Ridge Road, died
Thursday (July 11, 1963) at
her home after a long illness.
Born in Le w i s t on, Mrs.
Smith lived in this city before
moving to Niagara Falls in
1932. She lived there until her
husband, Austin H. Smith, co-
proprietor of the Boot and
Saddle Restaurant, died in
1947. She then moved to Lockport.
She was a member of the
Rosary Altar Society of Immaculate
Conception Church.
North Ridg.
Surviving are five sisters,
Mrs. Florence Van Luven, and
Mrs. C. Edward Wenger, both
of this city; Mrs. D'Arcy Mur-
phy ,Mrs. Victor Van den
Bosch and Mrs. Benjamin Carver,
all of Lewiston: and a
brother, Allen Armstrong, of
Lewiston.
Funeral services will be conducted
at 9 a.m. Monday at
the residence and at 9:30 a.m.
at Immaculate C o n c e p t i on
Church. Burial will be in Riverdale
Cemetery. The Rosary
will be recited at 8 p.m. Sun-
day at the home. The Bell Fuineral
Home, Niagara Falls, is
handling arrangements.
