  Niagara Gazette - 6/4/1948 LOCKPORT, June 4.-Mrs. Edith B. Werth, wife of Hubert A. Werth. died last night at her home. 293 Pine street, after a long Illness. Mrs. Werth was born at Wright's Corners and lived ln this area all her life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Besides the husband she leaves a son, Stephen Branch, of Buffalo, and one sister, Mrs. Benjamin Rose, of Rochester. Last rites will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Prudden funeral home, 242 Genesee street. Burial will be ln Wright's cemetery.
