  Posted: Saturday, October 17, 2015 12:43 pm William F. 'Bill' Whaley died at home in Astor, FL, on Oct 6, 2015. Bill was born in Niagara Falls, NY on Nov. 2, 1933. He graduated from high school in Lewiston, NY and earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Cincinatti. He was employed by the Carborundum Corporation, Tiger Builders Supply, and then Empire Builders Supply until he retired in 1995. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Jane (Dobrasz) Whaley; his daughters, Andrea Haney and Joyce Ellinor; their husbands, Daniel Haney and David Ellinor; grandchildren, Alan and Carolyn Haney; and a sister, Alice Lederhouse of Oxford, ME.
