Walsh entertained at a tea on Sunday afternoon at her home, 1832 Drummond road, Niagara Falls, Ont., at which announcement of the engagement of her only daughter, Doris Seymour, to Gordon Abert Wahl, of this city was made. The tea table was covered with a filet lace cloth and centered with a silver bowl of nasturtium, flanked by ivory tapers in crystal holders. Mrs. Jacob Wahl and Mrs. Enoch Round presided at the tea table, with Miss Audra Wright and Mrs. Elmore J. Wahl alternating. The assistants were Miss Anna Walsh, of Toronto, Miss Leah Fischer, Miss Rosamond H. Comerford, Miss Dorothy Berry, Mrs. John Horace Seager and Mrs. Florence M. Hinds.
