- Judith A. "Judie" Smith, age 74 of Youngstown, and wife of David P. Smith, entered into rest on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Judith was born October 13, 1946 in Lackawanna, NY. She is the daughter of the late Edmund and the late Josephine (Bonarek) Tylock.
Judie was a graduate of Lackawanna High School and Doyle Beauty School. She married David P. Smith on November 19, 1966.
She retired from Ransomville Bus Lines for the Lewiston-Porter School District as a bus driver in 2000 after 25 years. She was instrumental in organizing the fundraiser, along with her husband, for the Youngstown Vol. Fire Co.
She is survived by her husband, David P. Smith; her son, Timothy E. (Dawn) Smith; a sister, Deborah (Richard) Kazmierczak; her grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas, Paige and Victoria Smith; and a great-grandchild, Aiden Smith; also several nieces and nephews; and granddog, Maximus. Judie is predeceased by her son, Michael D. Smith, on Sept. 11, 2015.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, N. Fourth and Ridge Sts., Lewiston, NY. A service of committal for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, February 10th at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Entombment will be in All-Saints Mausoleum.
