  Niagara Gazette Joseph A. Klail, 81, of 510 56th St., a resident of this city for 49 years, died Saturday (July 21, 1956) at Niagara C o u n t y Sanatorium, Lockporl. Mr. Klail had been ill for some time. Born in Austria, he came to this country in 1907 and was employed as an assembler, until his retirement in 1940, at the American Brake Shoe and Foundry Co., formerly located here. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Frances Chateauneuf and Mrs. John R. Maulis; two sons Anthony Klail and Joseph A. Klail Jr., all of this city, and four grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. The family said contributions to Niagara County Sanatorium will.be acceptable as tributes. Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Lane.Funeral Home by the Rev. Shirley L,.Travis, pastor of First Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
