J. La Fleur, 70, of North
T o n a w a n d a , unexpectedly
Sunday (Nov.
21, 1976) at DeGraff
Memorial Hospital. A
native of Tonawanda, he
had been a resident of
North Tonawanda the
past 42 years. Mr. La
F l e u r owned a nd
operated La Fleur's
Delicatessen at Tremont
and Vandervoort Sts., in
North Tonawanda from
1943 to 1969 and was a
member of the North Tonawanda Senior
Citizens.
He i survived by his
wife, Lillian (nee
Wolanske) La Fleur; a
daughter, Mrs. La Vern
(Lorrain) Ensminger of
the Town of Pendleton;
two sons, Donald T. La
Fleur of Tonawanda and
James G. La Fleur of
North Tonawanda; three
sisters, Mrs. Ruth Slater
of Tonawanda, Miss
Harriet La Fleur of
Hollywood, Fla., and
Mrs. Rita Pilkey of
Seattle, Wash.; a brother,
Leon La Fleur of Atlanta,
Ga., ten grandchildren
a n d one g r e a t -
granddaughter.
Friends may call from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at
John O. Roth Funeral
Home, Morgan and
William Sts., Tonawanda
where services will be
conducted at 11 a.m.
Wednesday by the Rev.
Robert L. Rickus. Burial
will be in St. Matthew
Lutheran Cemetery.
