MaryJane "MJ" Pisarcik

WASHINGTON, PA — MaryJane "MJ" Pisarcik, of Washington, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012, while a patient at Presbyterian Senior Care, with her husband's comfort, after a long courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was born April 24, 1947, in Niagara Falls, New York, daughter of the late Kenneth and Eula (Dart) Wills.
MaryJane was a beautiful person and a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all who loved her.
MaryJane befriended and enjoyed people in many communities during her husband's military career. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, crocheting, beaches and fishing. MaryJane graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in New York. She was a very talented and versatile person who could accomplish anything. Prior to her retirement from Sears, she was employed in the floral, telecommunication and banking industries.
Since November 1, 1969, she was the loving wife of Richard Pisarcik, who survives and will miss her forever. MaryJane was the loving mother of sons, Mark (Heather) Pisarcik of Virginia, and Jason (Nicki) Pisarcik of Pennsylvania; devoted grandmother of Cole and Grace Pisarcik of Pennsylvania, and Madison Pisarcik of Virginia; dear sister of Robert (Pat) Wills, Larry (Desne) Wills, Ronald (Barbara) Wills, Carol (Ken) Wilkins, Judy (Dallas) Woods, Sandy (Jack) Carr; and aunt of several nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. However, family, friends and caregivers are invited to the graveside memorial service at 1:30 PM on Friday, May 25th, at the Washington Cemetery, 498 Park Avenue, Washington, PA 15301. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 568, Pittsburgh, PA 15230; Donnell House, Hospice Care of the Washington Hospital, 155 Wilson Avenue, Washington, PA 15301; or Washington Area Humane Society, PO Box 66, Eighty-Four, PA 15330.
