Mr. Gibbs was a retired chemical operator with Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Niagara Falls. He is survived by his wife, Judith (Mallette) Gibbs; his children, Harry F. Gibbs, Jr., Michael (Sally) Gibbs and Melissa (Tom) Makowski; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
