Treiber, who died May 28, leaving $4,000 real and $500 personal property. One brother. Otto K. Treiber. of Ransomville, and four sisters, Fran- cis T Schultz of North Tonawanda Clara T. Bever of Albion, Hedwig T. Cummings and Maria T Cummings of Akron, also survive.
