  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 4/13/1953 WINTER-Mrs. Bertha Winter, 70, of 98 Miller St., North Tona- wanda, died Saturday evening, April 11, 1953, in her residence after a long illness. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, she was a member of Friedens Evan- gelical Reformed Church. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Siegmund Hoppe; a grandson, William Hoppe; a brother, Gus- tave Unferdross of North Tona- wanda. Friends may call at the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St., Tonawanda, where services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Carl E. Berges will officiate. Burial will be in Friedens Cem- etery.
