- Obituary Of Jean Rosenbeck
Jean A. (Haley) Rosenbeck entered into rest October 25, 2018. Born in Lockport, January 25, 1938, she was the daughter of Edward and Emma(Schultz) Haley.
Jean married John Rosenbeck on March 26, 1966, and they shared 35 years together. He predeceased her in 2001.
She worked at Harrison Radiator and various retail stores thru the years, enjoyed playing cards, fishing, shopping, and the casino. Jean loved getting jingled up with her many friends and especially her family. She loved her music and danced until the sun came up! Jean was always the life of the party and she loved to sport her purple hair, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the VFW, the Redman, and the IOOB club.
Jean is the beloved mother of Rhonda (Bob Palmer) Wheatley, Renee (David Starkweather) Hammond and John "Oppie" Rosenbeck, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Matthew (Val) Wheatley, Stephen Hammond, Kristen (Anthony Cescon) Hammond, Marissa (Bruno) Haney, Kerrin, Nicole and Audrionna Rosenbeck; cherished great-grandmother of Marcus Wheatley, Anthony Cescon and Bruno Haney III; dear sister of Mary (Mike) Farina, Phyllis Killion, and the late Edward "Chick" Haley, Thomas Haley, Charles "Choo-Choo" Haley, and Jayce Wiseman; sister-in-law of Michelle Haley. Also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a special niece, Tina Johnson; and dear friend, the late Doug Ballard.
