  David Schroeder Obituary David Charles Schroeder, 87, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully at home with his wife at his side on Sunday, December 10, 2023. Born January 19, 1936 in Springville, NY, to the late Roland and Evelyn (Anderson) Schroeder. David entered the United States Army on August 12, 1959 and he was honorably discharged as a PFC on August 11, 1961. David was the beloved husband of Jacqueline (Fallon) Schroeder, and the devoted father to John (Nancy Scofield) and Matthew (Carreen). He is survived by his sisters, Marie (late Richard) Marshall, Caroline (late Ward) Knight, and Jane; brothers, George (Linda Adamczyk), Timothy (Maria), Robert (Bridget), James (Joyce), Thomas (Jean), and Peter (late Patricia); his three loving grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one sister and two brothers. A Celebration of David's life will be held on Thursday, December 14th from 12-2PM at Zajac Funeral Home Inc. 319 24th Street cor. of Welch Ave. Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services with military honors will begin at 2PM, with Pastor David Ellis officiating. A private inurnment will be held later.
