- William Joseph Bradigan
April 03, 1945 - November 12, 2018
William Bradigan, or "Bill" as everyone knew him, 73, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late William and Jean (Speiran) Bradigan.
He was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and went on to run establishments in the Niagara Falls area, including Branigan's and Dagwood's, as well as later working for Niagara County.
He enjoyed horses, spending time with his dog and sidekick, Baxter, and most recently his grandchildren. Anyone that met him could attest that he was one of a kind and that he never met a stranger.
Bill is survived by his wife, Sallie (Vorpahl); children, William Bradigan, Christopher Bradigan of North Tonawanda, NY, and Sara (Adam) Becker of Apex, North Carolina. He is predeceased by his daughter, Rachelle Bradigan. He was the proud grandfather to Jessica (Steve) Fortunato, Lindsey (Andrew) Gurr, Tyler Bradigan, Teagan Becker and Torin Becker. He is also survived by siblings, Jean (Dave) St. Onge, Joe (Janet) Bradigan and Sally (Robert) Martin; sister-in-law, Darlene Bradigan; and several loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and daughter, he was predeceased by his three sisters and a brother, Patricia McGlaughlin, Colleen McCormick, Marian Santiago and James Bradigan.
There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 57 Center Avenue, North Tonawanda, on Saturday, November 17 at 9:30 AM.
If desired, donations may be made to a charity of choice in lieu of flowers.
