  February 8, 2013 Walter D. Wolf The Tonawanda News TUCSON, AZ — Walter D. Wolf, age 93, of Tucson, AZ, formerly from Tonawanda, passed away on February 5, 2013, at his home, surrounded by family after a lengthy illness. Walter was born on March 23, 1919 in North Tonawanda. Walter attended Tonawanda High School. He worked for Spaulding and moved on to be a cement finisher for Siegfried Construction. He moved on and joined the Seabees during WWII. Walter is survived by his beloved wife, Blanca of 36 years. Predeceased by brothers, Jim, Don and Chuck and sister, Virginia. Survived by brother, Louie. He was predeceased by one child, William Wolf in 2010. Survivors include six children, John Wolf, Elaine Mayhew, Tina Wolf, Pedro Wolf, Delia Wolf and Mariza Bisnett. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in March in Bisbee, AZ.
