William M. Woock, 62, a resident
of this city for 44 years and
uncle of County Clerk Frank A.
Woock, died unexpectedly last
night (Nov. 12, 1956) at the Ransom
Nursing Home where he had
been a resident for the last month-
Mr. Woock made his home with
a son, William J. Woock, 1816
Cleveland Ave. He was born in
North Tonawanda. He worked at
the old William A. Rogers plant in
this city for 19 years until the plant
closed in 1931. In later years he
worked for the city.
Besides his son and nephew,
Mr. Woock is survived by two
daughters, Mrs. Mabel Ryder, this
city and Mrs. Mildred A. Brontmire,
Lewiston, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted
.at the Gridley Funeral
Home at 1 p.m. Thursday with the
Rev. John E. Wickenden, rector of
the Epiphany Episcopal Church,
officiating. Burial will be in Oak-
wood Cemetery.
