An 86-year-old North Tonawan-
dan, who had been employed more
than 50 years at Buffalo Bolt Co.,
died this morning after a brief ill-
ness.
He was Joseph Streck, 163 Lin-
wood Ave. Born in Germany, Mr.
Streck came to this country 60
years ago, and lived in North Ton-
awanda 50 years.
He retired six years ago after
working at Buffalo Bolt more than
half a century. He was a member
of St. Joseph's Church.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m.
Monday in the residence, and at
10 a.m. in the church, the Rev.
Chester H. Polewicz officiating.

STRECK - Joseph Streck, 86,
of 163 Lin wood Ave., North Tonawanda,
died this morning, Saturday,
Aug. 29, 1953, after a brief
illness. He was born In Germany
and came to this country 60 years
ago. For the past 50 years he had
resided in North Tonawanda. He
was employed for more than 50
years at the Buffalo Bolt Co. before
retiring six years ago. He
was a member of St. Joseph's
Church. He Is survived by three
sons, John, Michael, and Charles;
three daughters, Mrs. James
Woods, Mrs. Anthony Mendez of
the Tonawandas, and Mrs. John
Linekin of Long Island, N. Y.; 15
grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren

Friends may call at the residence,
163 Linwood Ave., where services
will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. and
at 10 a.m. In St. Joseph's Church
The Rev. Chester H. Polewicz will
officiate. Burial will be In Mt.
Olivet Cemetery.
