  Niagara Gazette - 4/8/1967 Mrs. Charlotte Taylor Walters, 74, of Lake Worth, Fla., a former Niagara Falls resident, died Friday (April 7. 1967) in Lake Worth. Mrs. Walters was born in Niagara Falls, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Russ, a pioneer family. She operated a beauty salon in this city for many years and later lived in Lewiston before moving to Florida about 15 years ago. Survivors include a son. Chaplain George Taylor, serving with the U.S. Army in Texas: a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Moote of Lake Worth, and several grand- children. great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Tavlor was the sister of the late John Russ and Mrs. Frank Taylor. both of Niagara Falls Funeral services and burial will be in Lake Worth.
