Elwood Arthur Woolcutt, 21, of
1815 Eighteenth street, was drowned
about 9:45 o'clock last night while
swimming with three companions
near Camp Nee-ah-gah-neh, the
Niagara Palls Y. M. C. A. camp on
Lake Ontario, about four miles east
of Youngstown. The body was recovered
In the same vicinity by a
crew from the Youngstown Coast
Guard station at 12:40 a. m.
Woolcutt was the third young Niagara
Falls man drowned in four
days. William J. O'Donnell. 25, of
224 Fourth street, was drowned in
Lake Ontario four miles east of
Youngstown Saturday evening. Albert
J. Volpe, 19. of 1122 Nineteenth
street, lost his life while
swimming off the Pita dock at Lew-
Iston Thursday.
Woolcutt, who was employed as an
electrician at the National Carbon
company's plant here, was accompanied
by Miss Mary Lelghton,
