BLUHM - Paul A., of the Ridge
Road, Town of Cambria, died at
the Inter - Community Memorial
Hospital, Newfane, Jan. 19, 1963,
age 85 years. He was the husband
of Ida (Schrader) Bluhm; father
of Mrs. George Schendel of the
Ridge Road, Town of Cambria;
brother of Mrs. Otis Murray of
Olcott, N. Y.. Mrs. Ernest Miller
of Lockport, N.Y., John Bluhm of
Niagara Falls and August Bluhm
of North Tonawanda. Also survived
by two grandchildren and
six great . grandchildren. Funeral
Tuesday from the residence.
The Rev. Carl Oldach of St. Peter's
Lutheran Church officiating.
Interment in North Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may
be made to St. Peter's Lutheran
Church or the Heart Fund. Ar
rangements by the Hardinon Funeral
Home, Ransomville.

RANSOMVILLE -Funeral
services will be conducted for
Paul A. Bluhm, 85, a retired
Town of Cambria farmer, at
2:30 p.m. Thursday at the
family residence, Ridge Road.
Mr. Bluhm died Saturday
(Jan. 19, 1963) at Inter-Community
Memorial Hospital,
Newfane, after a week's illnessi
The family, said donations
to the Niagara County
Heart Chapter or to the building
fund of St. Peter's Luther*
an Church at North Ridge
are acceptable as memorial
tributes.
Rev. Carl Oldach of St
Peter's Church will officiate
at services. Burial will be in
North Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Bluhm was a memfoer
of St. Peter's Church and a
25-year member of the Farm
Bureau. He was a familiar figure
at Niagara Falls City Market
where he operated a stall
until retiring six years ago.
Born in Germany, Nov. 16,
1877, Mr. Bluhm was one of
15 children. He came to this
country at the age of 6 and
was a resident of this area for
almost 80 years.
Surviving are his widow,
Ida Schrader Bluhm; a daughter,
Mrs. George Sehendel, at
home; two sisters, Mrs. Otis
Murray, Olcott, and Mrs.
Ernest Miller, Lockport; two
brothers, John Bluhm, Niagara
Falls, and August
Bluhm, North Tonawahda;
two grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren.
