A pretty wedding was solemnized
Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock in the
St. Mark's Episcopal church when
Miss Maud Stickney of Ganson street
was united in marriage to Mr. William
Edward World of Vandervoort
street, by the Rev. G. Sherman Burrows.
The bride wore a blue traveling
suit, white hat and carried white
rosea Miss Eva Hall was maid of
honor and wore a white suit, white
hat and carried pink carnations. Mr.
Frank World was best man. The ushers
were Messrs. Fred Stickney and
Fred World and the flower bearers
were Iris Stickney and Master George
World . After the ceremony luncheon
was served to the relatives and
friends at the home of the bride. Mr.
and Mrs. World will reside in Payne
avenue.
The out-of-town guests were Mrs.
J. Briggs, Mrs. William Mehlberg, Mrs.
George Harrer, Mrs. W. Dornine, Miss
Blanche Laird of Buffalo. Mrs. Dormer
and four daughters of Lockport.
